I received a response to all of my inquiries very quickly and she cheefully went out of her way to accommodate my special requests. The quality of the cranes are superb. From the quality of the paper to the precision of the crease & folds, I am extremely happy with my cranes. The project shipped out very quickly and I am very confident that out of all the crane makers on Etsy that I reviewed, I made the right choice.
